The Dingle Dolphin Wildlife Adventure takes you further out into the bay, giving plenty of time to follow wildlife wherever it appears. Over four hours, enjoy fresh sea air, stunning coastal views, and the chance to spot dolphins, seals, seabirds, and minke whales, depending on the season.

Unlike our other trips, this tour has no fixed route, our skipper decides where to go each day based on where the wildlife is. Every trip is unique, giving you the freedom to experience Dingle Bay wildlife in its natural environment.

What You’ll See from the Boat

Once we leave Dingle Pier, the open water stretches ahead. Take your time, enjoy the gentle movement of the boat, and capture photos of the wildlife and scenery. With four hours on the water, there’s plenty of opportunity to observe wildlife in its natural habitat. Keep your camera ready for: 

  • Dolphins – Bottlenose, common, and Risso’s dolphins appear throughout the bay, often curious about the boat. 
  • Seals – Frequently spotted lounging on rocks or swimming in the bay. 
  • Minke whales – Appear throughout the season, sometimes in large numbers. 
  • Humpback whales – Usually later in the season, sightings can vary year to year. 
  • Other wildlife – Puffins, basking sharks, jellyfish, sunfish, tuna, fin whales, and more, depending on the season and day. 
  • Coastal scenery – Dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and sweeping views of the bay.
